With our modern machine park, we carry out the machining prefabrication in-house. We have qualified, experienced and knowledgeable staff at our disposal.
By networking CAD in development with CAM in prefabrication, we are able to create production programs for new CNC parts at short notice. This allows orders to be implemented quickly on the processing machines. This enables short production runs for essential sample parts.
The personal proximity of development and prefabrication allows quick feedback between production and construction. In this way, cost-effective and optimized solutions can be created.
A rapid automatic creation of the technological documents is made possible by the networking of CAD software and ERP system. This is the requirement for the procurement of all required purchased parts and semi-finished products in the shortest possible time.
Stable, long-term cooperation relationships with external trades (sheet metal production, surface coating, etc.) in the territory enable fast response times.
Qualified personnel work with the developers to set up and commission the sample devices. Improvements in terms of assembly-compatible execution are incorporated retrospectively into the design documents.
